Phase I of my healthy lifestyle change is going deceptively easy. My goals are modest--track my food and get my eating into line, lose 10% of my body weight and regain enough strength so I can do my yoga along with the DVD.
Not bad really. And I'm already 1/4 of the way to this goal. and it is only week three! This is also when I usually start messing up. Hopefully not this time. Plus I'm making better losses on the weight side compared to gains on the strength side. But then, weight loss will be slow from now on, giving me plenty of time to get strong.
