In the first 2 weeks at SP, I lost 16 lbs and walked an average of 2 miles per day, 3 days a week. Eating Healthy is easy, as is staying within my calorie limits. It's the exercise that's hard for me. I have to remind myself every day why I'm walking, usually several times before and during exercise. I feel so much better overall. I'm getting stronger. I don't have to stop as often to stretch my back. I'm boosting my metabolism. I'm losing weight. I have tons more energy. I love being outside with nature. I get to see the sun rise each morning. These are some of the reasons I walk. I just thought I needed a reminder.
