Maybe I've got blogging figured out now.
I think I'm addicted to SP! I used to be addicted to movies streaming on Netflix. I'd lay in bed and watch movies all day and into the night, literally. I'd watch 8-10 movies or more a day. I'm a disabled American Veteran with a lot of time on my hands. Needless to say, laying in bed packed on the pounds. Now I'm on SP all day with frequent breaks to walk and stretch. I eat a healthy diet now, staying close to 1200 calories and I walk 2 miles in the park about 3 days a week. I've lost 19 lbs so far in 3 weeks! I plan on beginning strength training tomorrow, 3 days a week. I feel terrific. I have tons more energy and high self esteem because I'm doing something positive for myself for once. My husband is a great support along with SP. He's even walking a little with me now.
