I found it hard to stick to a healthy eating plan this weekend -- mostly, I think, because the scales did NOT move down, as I had been hoping and expecting. So: the right way to deal with that would be to eat too much?? Not. And, by substituting a huge plate of veggies with salsa for dinner, I did manage to stay on track. Just not easy.
Too chilly to play golf -- although gorgeous sunny day. But I will get to the gym Monday morning before work.
Maybe tomorrow the scales will oblige.
