3 miles!!!

Today did GREAT! I went on my treadmill for a mile *on an incline* and then went on a walk outside for two more miles so that makes 3 miles I walked today. I'm pretty proud of that.
I want to be at least 150 by my birthday on March 7. I know I will get there. M.

I fell off the wagon but picked myself back up today. I feel good about that. I did Denise Austin's Kickboxing Bootcamp the first 20 minute workout on it. It is amazing how you can get a good workout in twenty minutes with her. Hers always seem to work best for me even though I love tae bo. Maybe I can get some more of her tapes and mix them up. If I can just aim for 20 minutes minimum a day maybe I can beat this thing of depression.

Oh, I also did strength training today...almost forgot. Thats pretty well rounded out I think. Back to fruit and veggies again.

I did the HARDER Tae Bo dvd today to it's completion. I am so proud of myself. I also joined the Heart's Aflame challenge and that keeps me motivated. Wow I feel great! This dvd is called Celebrity Cardio Fit Sculpt or something like that. I'm going to alternate it with the other one all this week. They are wonderful.

I keep wondering what the 30 day shred will be like and if I will like it. I hope so. I spent enough money and time ordering it and it was on backorder.

My new real goal right now is to just fit a size 6 comfortably without it being tight. I dont care about the weight so much anymore. I would be happy at 145 which is about nine pounds away now.

I did an ENTIRE Tae Bo dvd! Just like I was going to challenge myself. If I keep this up I will get my shape back in no time. I'm sitting here calm and centered and strengthened just sipping my ice water. I LOVE endorphins!!!!!!!!!!!!!

It all came down to this. Iv'e tried everything else...even dieting.but doing Tae Bo EVERYDAY is always what worked for me. I just have to get off my butt from now on and DO it. Every day I can. I think I am going to work on cutting back carbs and eating more fruit. Slim fast works for a day or so b ut you still get SO hungry! Late night eating is my downfall to weight loss.

I did my strength training,treadmill,and 20 minutes of kickboxing and feel great! Also,am SOOO glad my klonipan is ready for pick up at the Walgreen's pharmacy. I love my new slimming jeans they really DO make you look slimmer. Or is it me too? Ha!

This next week I am challenging myself. Instead of just twenty minutes I want to at least for TWO days complete an ENTIRE dvd of Tae Bo. I say two days so that is realistic. With dad retired and us sharing a house it is very nice of him and I appreciate he goes to take a nap in the morning so I can have the privacy for about thirty minutes or so to workout. I want to keep the workouts empowering and fun. I ordered the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and hope I can do it without falling to the ground.

But then,I remember when I was 174..*for someone my very short height that is a LOT*...and could only do ten minutes at a time on Densie Austin's Power Kickboxing and how proud I was of the ten minutes a day till the day came I could do it all...20 minutes. I lost six pounds in a week and a half and it snuck up on me then! So,if it takes ten minutes at a time...I can do this. Peacelove! M.
