I did my strength training,treadmill,and 20 minutes of kickboxing and feel great! Also,am SOOO glad my klonipan is ready for pick up at the Walgreen's pharmacy. I love my new slimming jeans they really DO make you look slimmer. Or is it me too? Ha!
This next week I am challenging myself. Instead of just twenty minutes I want to at least for TWO days complete an ENTIRE dvd of Tae Bo. I say two days so that is realistic. With dad retired and us sharing a house it is very nice of him and I appreciate he goes to take a nap in the morning so I can have the privacy for about thirty minutes or so to workout. I want to keep the workouts empowering and fun. I ordered the Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred and hope I can do it without falling to the ground.
But then,I remember when I was 174..*for someone my very short height that is a LOT*...and could only do ten minutes at a time on Densie Austin's Power Kickboxing and how proud I was of the ten minutes a day till the day came I could do it all...20 minutes. I lost six pounds in a week and a half and it snuck up on me then! So,if it takes ten minutes at a time...I can do this. Peacelove! M.
