I did Turbojam fatblaster yesterday and was so happy. I modified all the moves and didn't do the jumping so I wouldn't hurt my knee. Now today my knee is stiff and so sore. I don't know what to do.
I have a chair boxing video I was doing. Maybe I should go back to it. And also a chair salsa video I haven't tried yet. Maybe that would help. I am eating healthier more fruits and berries on top of my hot cereal with flaxseed. I found a way to grind them in my coffee grinder.
I want to be healthy so bad. I want to be able to get on the floor with my daughter and play her games with her. I love her so much. I want to go on walks with her and not huff anf puff. She is almost ten now and growing so fast I don't want to miss my times with her God willing. Wow my knee really hurts. I cant imagine what's wrong with it I want to cry and give up but I can't. I lost fifteen pounds with the chair boxing so I can do it again I think.
Has anyone ever had a physical setback? I used to do tae bo and turbojam and never have a problem with my knees. Could it be all the weight I gained? G.
