I just now started working out again. I keep losing my motivation. I bought some flaxseed to sprinkle on my hot cereal for health reasons and some raw pure honey that is very good for you. I couldn't grind them with my coffee grinder so I just put them on top of the cereal and chewed them up. No problem.
I just did my twenty minute turbojam. It's that or chair exercises. I've gotten so big....205 at 5'1. I gained back the fourteen pounds I lost by dieting alone. I went beserk and ate everything in the house. I just can't stop eating some days. I want to control it like I used too. I used to eat pretty much what I wanted but I ate smaller portions.
I want to believe I can do this. I want to lose at least fifteen pounds by Thanksgiving. I think I can. I WILL. God willing. G.
