So after a rough final two weeks of February I am finally getting back on track. Work stress is lowered, the house is coming along great, getting along with the boyfriend, and my body doesn't feel so wasted everytime I workout (I learned a day of rest is a good thing). Tims comment about that feeling you have when you decide to say screw it really hit it on the head. When I wasn't eating right and I wasn't exercising consistently I was feeling like total dog poo laying in bed at night. I had indigestion from eating greasy bad foods, I was stressed and struggled with sleeping from my workouts being less than I had been doing. I felt plain Yucky. Now that I am back to where I was I am feeling better, sleeping better, and I don't have indigestion to the point of wanting to throw up. So now I know I want to stick to the good habits I just have to remember more isn't always better.
