I have been struggling through sinus infection and low motivation, so I came up with the "just a mile a day" plan. A mile either running or walking is all I have to do for 2 weeks at which point I hope that this gets my motivation back on track etc. I think I should have success because it is not terribly time consuming, not terribly strenuous etc. After that I am going to go to 2 miles per day minimum and adding a mile every 2 weeks. I think after the first 2 weeks I will most likely be motivated for more, I just need to force myself into some sort of low commitment routine right now. So far I am at 2 days in a row and it really paid off today when I did not want to get up and at it before work, I had 15 minutes before I had to start getting ready for work, I got my mile in with time to spare.
