1. Eat healthy 95% of the time, to include proper portions, right food choices, etc, this is my biggest downfall so it gets a huge asterik.
2. 60 minutes of exercise 6 days a week, or at least have it average out to that, since my schedule can be a pain.
3. Improve greatly on all race times
4. While I don't want to put a number on weight loss I would like to see the scale go down about 80lbs.
