Today was one of those days I got off work knew I had to get right to sleep because I had to wait for the cable guy to come fix my internet. I planned no workout for the day, but since the cable guy showed up early and was out of my hair quickly I made use of the time I had. I got on the stationary bike and did 30 minutes of biking and did arm strength training while biking in order to increase the burn factor and get some strength training of course. Then I finished it up with some ab exercises and then off to work for me. Night 3 of 4...I am so ready for my weekend off (fri,sat, and sun). These long stretches of work make me have to shuffle my workout plan more than I care too. I normally work a 3-2-2-3 so it can be a pain to schedule workouts as is but even more to have to adjust them. I have managed to fit something in everyday so far but not as much as I would like, can't wait to get my treadmill it will make some of the morning or evening workout decisions easier because now I can workout anytime!
