Did 8 miles today at a 13 minute mile pace yeah I know that I am a slow runner but you know what I am out there doing it and doing distances. I got told I was slow by someone at work who saw me while they were driving that I was running fast, hello 8 miles is not a sprint race duh and I didn't see your lazy but walking let alone running. I didn't let it bother me I was just like "yeah I'm getting a turtle tattoo to signify my slow running" Felt good today seem to be bouncing back from the low iron issue, remembered water today and took some powergel (yucky but have to start learning what works). I don't know about the powergel but the water helped me out it was a much better experience than the 7 miler without water. I am proud of myself and when I had the "I can't" moments during the run I would breathe in deep through my nose and out my mouth and repeat my legs are strong, my abs are strong, my lungs are strong, and my heart is good so just keep going!
