Was a little slack in my blog been down with a cold Friday was a restday much needed, Thursday I hadn't gotten full on sick yet so I made it through pure cardio and cardio abs pretty decently, Saturday I had fit test I think if you take away the cold I would have improved even more I got that nice little iciness in my chest toward the end.
+20 on switch kicks
+23 power jacks
+18 power knees
+15 power jumps
+4 globe jumps
+2 suicide jumps (this is where I started to feel the iciness)
+11 push up jacks
+15 low plank oblique
one other thing to note my form was also better on all exercises.
I am really pleased with my improvements so I am going to keep on digging deep I am down 5 lbs since beginning insanity so that is a pretty decent result as well and I am seeing definition in areas like my stomach!
