I still have a p90x workout to do but I am just doing the core synergistics. I am enjoying drrinking tons of water right now. I was on kind of a sodium kick the last 2 days to be honest I may have been on the deficient side of it unfortunately that means my body has overcompensated for it and I craved everything sodium filled. I am going to have to cleanse a bit today with lots of water and then find a balance, I actually think all of the sweating I do on insanity left me a little imbalanced because I normally eat really low sodium, back on track today it is then no worries we all fall a little off track now and then its just whether we choose to let it defeat us or choose to have it make us better, I choose to let it make me better, its this attitude that has really improved my weight loss success in late 2009 and into 2010, I'm still an "all out" person but not an "all or nothing" I know a little fitness is better than none, I know a little off track is better than completely falling off because I blew one little thing or one day. I know that fitness is a complete journey and that you have to constantly work everyday but some things stay the same exercise and eat right consistently and you get rewarded, but there is no substitute for either and no magic pill and not one magic device. Sweat is rewarded and all the science in the world...well the body just laughs at that, it laughs because it messes with science oh calories in vs calories out it says that doesn't work its what you feed me and if you workout a lot its actually the more you feed me...The body says those numbers on the scales while scientific they don't mean Sh!t take a look at your photos, weight loss is an art you have to see it to appreciate its beauty...anyway enough of my little tangent.
