I woke up with a lot of soreness (the good kind) everything seems to have turned into muscle overnight. I was supposed to do plyometrics for p90x and Cardio power and resistance for Insanity, i went with the insanity workout. I had to start by riding my bike for about 30 minutes to get the lactic acid moving out of my muscles after than it was on to Cardio power and resistance there are moments when I feel I am hardly moving but my heartrate is thumping! then toward the end when I feel like I have nothing to give I seem to push through and the workout is done! Love it. I may try to get the plyometrics in on one of my easy days, I have my rest days between the 2 programs staggered for days like this.
