Insanity Day 6 Plyometric Cardio Circuit

Woo hoo tomorrow is rest day! Even P90x is a easier workout my body is ready for a little break. Last night was really good I went out with some people for work I enjoyed a burger and a couple beers it was good, but unlike in the past I was in total control I only had 3 drinks and followed each one with a water. I also got a lot of compliments people are really starting to notice the physical changes.

Insanity Day 5 Pure Cardio

Pure Cardio the most fun I have had trying to commit suicide. Omg what a workout nonstop pretty sure at one point I might have just blacked out and kept going I love it I love the challenge I can't get enough I thought I loved p90x I love insanity I love it I love it I love it!

Insanity Day 4 Less sore

Thanks to the fact that I keep moving and do a lot of stretching the soreness is subsiding. With all the working out though I really have to figure out the nutrition because I am non stop ravenous.Cardio Recovery think that I am really going to enjoy this disc, it is a nice break from the intensity of the rest of them still a great burn for the little muscles and a fantastic stretch it should really help my performance in Yoga which I have tomorrow. Also had Back and Biceps and the Ab ripper today as well as a jog. I took it easy on the jog since I'm still trying to get the lactic acid moving but it was my warm up for the workouts for the day.
On some exciting personal news a guy friend of mine and I decided to cross the friends line and begin dating so hopefully this will be a good thing. He's doing Insanity as well but not following as strictly as I.

    Good job! You'll come through the first month just fine! I'm in the recovery week between the 2 months & it's SWEET! It's a great workout but I'm kinda dreading month 2!

    I was sore for the first two weeks of Insanity, less so in the 2nd week though. What wasn't worked out with movement was cured by two Advil. It should get better. Just wait until month 2! But really, it's not as bad as the first month. emoticon

Insanity Day 3 Everything hurts!

I woke up with a lot of soreness (the good kind) everything seems to have turned into muscle overnight. I was supposed to do plyometrics for p90x and Cardio power and resistance for Insanity, i went with the insanity workout. I had to start by riding my bike for about 30 minutes to get the lactic acid moving out of my muscles after than it was on to Cardio power and resistance there are moments when I feel I am hardly moving but my heartrate is thumping! then toward the end when I feel like I have nothing to give I seem to push through and the workout is done! Love it. I may try to get the plyometrics in on one of my easy days, I have my rest days between the 2 programs staggered for days like this.

Insanity Day 2

Did plyometric cardio circuit today it was intense to say the very least I was a complete noodle by the end of it. I am so ready to go back for more however. Working on finishing my 2nd round of p90x as well did Chest Shoulders and Triceps and Ab ripper following Insanity and finished with 30 minutes of jogging. Whew after I finish p90x and insanity I will be focusing on the half marathon training and supplementing that with these workouts but I am enjoying going a little overboard right now.

    Oh my. I am in awe of the amount of training you do! Wow. I'll probably be starting P90X as soon as I'm done with Insanity. Can't wait!
