At it again only this time I am looking for some major gains by phase 2. I am also doing a lot more cardio this time around since I have so much more energy than I did the first time. I have taken to doing some time on the bike and then about a half hour of jogging laps in my house, this is mostly so I can be ready when it is time to get outside and jog, I want my body to be used to the motion of jogging. I am increasing my bike time on the days that I am not jogging, but my goal is to do about an hour a day additional cardio. Had a little weight plateau the last couple days but I actually added some calories in and today I lost a pound woo hoo! Another thing I have added in is doing some ab work before bed each day, I have one of those ab lounge chairs and I thought why not dust that off and get just a little more fitness each day and see if I can't flatten my tummy out some more. Looking forward to this whole second round I think it will be very successful for me.
