Thanksgiving went okay I didn't eat as well as I planned but still only ate one plate of food, actual serving sizes of the foods. Enjoyed some pie, had an upset stomach in the evening don't know if this was the result of the alcohol the night before or being too full (which is amazing because last year I don't think I got full off 2 plates of food). I ended up tossing my cookies, but seemed to be okay later in the evening. I had to stay up late last night so that I could get back onto my work schedule, so after I was feeling better I had a lean cusine flatbread sandwich. I got up today and felt a lot better in general and was ready to get right back on track, rode the bike for 30 minutes, then did legs and back that I didn't do yesterday because I was feeling under the weather. I did 75 minutes of walking before work. The dogs had been cooped up because of the weather so I felt they needed a nice long one. They were crashed out on the couch when I left for work have a feeling that is where they'll be when I get home. I ate well today and packed a nice healthy dinner for work with lots of veggies and a fat free dip I made out of fat free sour cream and Mrs. Dash fiesta lime. I have also added cayenne pepper to everything to get that extra burn etc. Overall I am feeling good about how I did over the holiday and I also worked out 90 minutes or more each day. I know that this success I am having is going to carry over into the new year and I will reach my goal.
