I had to take an actual day off no workout of any type. Gonna double on legs back and kenpo in order to keep up. I just physical felt horrible today my shoulder was sore my legs felt weak, my arms felt weak There was nothing I could do to get myself to feel better. So I made the decision that maybe I had been pushing a bit too hard this week with all the extras. So I gave myself a little mini vacation from workouts today I hope it pays off in the form of energy.
