So for rest day I had to take my army physical fitness test. I also have a nice little cold or flu not sure which need to buy a thermometer. I saw improvements on my pt test from doing P90x. I also have lost 2 inches off my hips and 3 off my waist. That is the result of week one. Maybe that is why with all my aches and sickness I got up off the couch and pushed play to get through chest and back. There were points I could tell I was sick so I took it easy but there were moments even during round 2 that I pushed through and did more reps than in round 1 even.
