January 2 Starting weight 244.6 Waist 38 Hip 46.75, Calf 17.5, Thigh 29.75
January 23 End weight 222.4 Waist 35, Hip 44.25 Calf 17.25 Thigh 28.75

The picutres are hugely different my lower belly is smaller (42.5 starting, 41 ending) and my calves look smaller)

Ultimate Reset Days 16-21

Today is my last day on the reset I am both happy and sad about this. I love the weight loss I have been getting, I enjoy the food, and I definitely feel better than I have in a long time. The structure of the program will be both missed and celebrated. I do worry about how well I will continue. The program does come with instructions for the "after" of the reset but it is scary to venture out again on my own with no food structure. I am keeping my daily salad for lunch I enjoy that a lot. I have learned that I can go "hungry" that is I don't have to be stuffed to be nourished, this is a huge learning experience in that aspect. I both look forward to and dread eating some of my vices. Overall this has been one of the best weight loss experiences. I will post official measurements and final weigh in tomorrow. Currently I am down 22lbs in 21 days I am more than thrilled with that. I can fit into my reward jeans (the pair I bought a size smaller than the smallest size I could cram into) I also can get on and button a smaller size pair of work pants, roughly 10 more pounds and those would be comfortable so stay tuned on that!

As far as keeping up with what you have started, just keep focused on your goals and adopted some of the meals into your daily routine. emoticon

Ultimate Reset Days 13-15

Today is the 15th day I am happily down 17lbs, I am feeling great energy has been really good. I am glad to have moved out of the detox phase and into the restoring phase. I'm loving the structure of the plan but also excited to get off of it and see how well I do on my own. I have followed the meal plan as close as possible, some of the food is not in season or hard to locate where I live but most things I have been able to find. I have enjoyed most of the food some of it not so much. I would really love some more of the zucchini cashew soup yum!

Ultimate Reset Days 10-12

Today is day 12 I am so happy that I am almost done with the detox phase cause the detox formula is not so tasty. Went to a hockey game last night I had already paid for these tickets which included all you can eat and drink. I was worried that would be hard. But I find that it is not because I don't want to lose all of the progress I have made so the choice is really simple. I won't eat junk and won't drink the beer. Been eating fruit for breakfast each day this phase and I am enjoying that quite a bit and salads for lunch are great. It is nice finding that my body can eat healthy food in "normal" people portions and not feel deprived and in fact I feel energetic and like I really am getting a reset. I finish this current phase on Tuesday and then it is on to the 3rd phase of revitalizing my body in that phase the supplement is a pre/probiotic which helps reestablish the good flora in the intestines. Once that week is finished up I am going to continue with a healthy diet and get back to my normal exercise routine.

    Well done but you don't have to go without all the time. I really cut out beer when I started but I still have one from time to time. The same with junk food, I still have some. It is knowing when to stop rather than going without.

Ultimate Reset Days 7-9

Today is actually day 9 so I won't have a ton of updates for other than I am officially down 13.6 lbs, 2.25 inches off my waist, 1.5 inches off my hips and I am feeling really good and really motivated.
Day 8 went well I was on the road and really busy but stuck to my nutrition plan. We had a get together that we went to and I told the host not to be offended I was following a specific diet and I would bring my dinner. It worked out well and I didn't snack on anything either I stuck to my plan!
Day 7 was the last day of phase one it was mostly uneventful just followed the plan.
I have been getting my steps in each day minimum 10000, goal of 15000 and thanks to TCANNO I have new workout shoes well at least as a spark goodie. Thanks to all that keep me inspired on here as well the community is why I have kept sparking for 6 years!
