This week I will be posting my numbers on Wednesday, I find it important to weigh at the same time daily and since I work during those hours this week it will have to wait. I did get a new scale. My challenge is going well I am keeping myself much more accountable and I am back on my eating less moving more. I have been doing a lot of walking, running, doing my challenge exercises, and playing raquetball. It seems to be paying off, no matter what the scale says I feel much better than when I was down a couple weeks ago. Nutrition has been a bit of a struggle still but I am doing so much better than I was a couple weeks ago. Changing even if it is not much different than what I was doing before has really been wonderful!
