I haven't logged in for a long time. I started school in September, that is going well I am 3 weeks from finishing my first quarter I should finish with all A's. I switched to day shift in October and that is also going well. The fiance and I are doing well with wedding planning and just in life in general. The transition of all of this has taken a little bit of a toll on my workouts etc, last month was really hectic with school, a vacation, and the fiance's master gardener program. Stepped on the scale the other day wasn't the least bit surprised to see that I needed to get things back into control. Not total damage but definitely time to get myself going again. I am getting back to being more conscious about food, I am MAKING time for exercise. I enjoyed a good run last night and it was definitely a MAKE myself go do it, my sleep is still a little off since I have worked nights for 11 years I am not used to sleeping at night so I am a bit tired after work but I seem to be getting adjusted.
