Measurements Lower Belly 41.5
Upper Stomach 36.5
Hips 46
Bust 44
Thigh 29.75
Neck 14
Bicep 14
Calf 17.5- yeah they are kind of huge lol!
I am going to be tracking this progress, I am not entirely sure what my goals are at this point for these measurements but I know I want all of them to go down, sadly even the monster calves.

I have been stuck in a weight rut and I want to get out so I am making changes not only to my spark page but also to the things that have kept me at a plateau. Nothing wrong with maintaining a weight by any means but it is time to see that weight fall. I am changing a few things with my lifestyle and working on my schedule getting it back on track. I am also looking to see some Non Scale Victories as well specifically in the form of inches lost on waist, hips, and thighs, which is where all of my weight likes to reside. Today is day 1 weigh in is 238.6 goal lose 2lbs by next week's weigh in.

School, Work, Life and all that good stuff

I haven't logged in for a long time. I started school in September, that is going well I am 3 weeks from finishing my first quarter I should finish with all A's. I switched to day shift in October and that is also going well. The fiance and I are doing well with wedding planning and just in life in general. The transition of all of this has taken a little bit of a toll on my workouts etc, last month was really hectic with school, a vacation, and the fiance's master gardener program. Stepped on the scale the other day wasn't the least bit surprised to see that I needed to get things back into control. Not total damage but definitely time to get myself going again. I am getting back to being more conscious about food, I am MAKING time for exercise. I enjoyed a good run last night and it was definitely a MAKE myself go do it, my sleep is still a little off since I have worked nights for 11 years I am not used to sleeping at night so I am a bit tired after work but I seem to be getting adjusted.

Just a quick update, started school on the 19th been working hard on that so I am probably going to be sporadically on SP for awhile I will do my best to check in but until I get in a groove with school again I probably won't be on much. Got a nice hike in yesterday my mangy mutts loved it. Hope all is well with my fellow sparkers.

Yikes I am a little behind in my blogs. Things are mostly going well. Nutrition has been lacking this week, yay for TOM...boo hiss, but it seems that the craving monster is coming under control. enjoyed a lovely run today in a million mile an hour headwind but still a blast and hey it was a nice tail wind on the way home.
