Yay, I'm finally reconnected to the internet. Thank you to Marla and everyone else that kept things going on the team.
Apparently my router had died, so was able to get it replaced with a new one from my provider and all is working well once again.
I got my results back from the doctor on my neck xrays and was happy to learn that it was NOT ostio-arthritis in my neck, but that still leaves me with the issue, so I am going for an MRI on April 14th. I'm hoping that something will show what is causing the issue. When I bend down, sneeze, cough, or in anyway tighten my neck muscles, I get severe shooting pains from the base of my skull, up over the top of my head and right into the frontal lobe. (almost like what would be your worst case of "brain freeze"). It's very bizarre and has been going on now for a good two months with no let up. Leaves me with a low grade headache. I will sometimes wake up with a headache and the feeling that I slept with my neck in a bad position. My doctor talked me into taking an anti-inflammatory(I don't deal well with any medication) at nightime as she really thought it was arthritis in my neck. Had to stop doing that as I ended up with nose bleeds from the meds. As soon as I would sit up in bed in the morning, my nose would start bleeding. Quit taking the pills, the nose bleeds stopped! Yay, another known side effect that meds will give me. Now you know why, I work hard at living healthy!
If I listen to my gut about all of this....my feeling is that somehow, I have a pinched nerve or blood vessel, possible as a result of all the snow shoveling that I've been doing this winter. I'm working with my massage therapist to see if we can't fix it through the use of cranial massage.
My internet is working once again...It's amazing how reliant I have become on the internet.
No ostio-arthritis in my neck.
As long as I avoid bending, sneezing, coughing or laughing too hard, I don't get brain freeze (as I call it).
Almost all my little planted seeds are growing, I'm so excited. Some have yet to poke their little selves through the soil, but I'm confident that they will.
Marla, Shirl, Mauri, Nancy and Lexie who kept things going while I had no internet connection.
It's the weekend.
Have a wonderful day, get excited about your life.
