a lot of changes...

Saturday, December 29, 2012

This is the year that I started using an online support group, got out of a toxic relationship, started dancing more, and worked on adding healthy practices (from "move without pain" exercises, minitrampoline, a "daily giving practice" (see 29gifts.org) and subscribing to the free meyouhealth.com daily challenge.

It was a tough old year... I didn't realize just how hard it is to get myself away from destructive situations. I wish the guy well and I wish for me to be free and to grow from that.

Love to all and happy new year.

Pretty normal day (like any other) for intake. Good day with family for which I'm very grateful.

barter day!

Saturday, November 14, 2009

I'm into bartering... and today I got the call... the guy I traded horses with I've now traded saddles with... he's going to customize a pony cart in exchange for my aussie saddle which was a trade for my mountain saddle - and he's found some real leather harness for me. He does custom racing bike and classic motorcycle restoration... I can't wait to see what he comes up with... we're doing a huge multi party barter gig on this. Here's what he does (see www.millerpaintandgraphics.com to see his pro work). How lucky I am! And Tunie (the black mare) says she can't wait!

When I saw the title of this blog, I had to read.
This is really neat. We should all find ways to do this.
