I Think I Can I Think I Can

I Changed My 5K routine this Morning, Power walked 5 miles, Jog non-stop 1 Mile Until I Felt a slight pain on the left lower side of my leg. I Stopped to stretch it out more, then proceeded back to Jogging with No set miles in mind.

I Felt Great, which I Knew at Mile 2 was no problem because I had done this several times before. If I Jogged to 2.5 Miles this would have been a Goal to me.
In Spite of it all my body took on a whole new dimension,When I Passed 2.5 Miles
I Said to myself" I'm Doing It"

I Knew From this point on I can Jog 3 miles.
Reminding myself to slow it down, pick it back up. Before I Knew It I was Done !

I jog thru Rain and all

I ACCOMPLISHED My 1st. non-stop 3 mile Jog... Goal Met !

    That is where it starts! You are doing great! When I started training for my first half marathon, I only ran 3 days a week, 3 miles per day. You can do it and I am here to say congratulations! emoticon emoticon emoticon

Apr.5,-Power walk 10 miles

Apr.7,-Power walk 10 miles (Jog 3 miles On/Off included)

Apr.8,-Power walk 11 miles

Apr.9,-Power walk 11 miles.... MINI Goal Met- To Have Walk 10 Miles Each Day

    Congratulations on your weight loss! You are an inspiration to us all! I didn't lose any weight this week, stayed at 142 pounds. I am going to challenge myself this next week to walk/run 10 miles everyday until the next weigh in! You have inspired me to push myself even harder!

Another 5 lb emoticon Last Thursday 11-13-08 I Loss 1.8 lbs which gives me a Total of 65.4 lbs. emoticon

I'm moving right along. I have my bad weeks just as the good so I'm going to keep on striving to the end of the road. I walk/Jog 56 miles last week. I love this Journey I'm on....

  Walk wit me....you are an inspiration. I am currently were you were over a year ago...I have all the right tools, SP and WW and still I make really bad choices. My weight has been fluctuating for the past month....I can do this....I will do this.
