Thanks To 1 Of My Sparkpeople friends,21Sweetpea encouraged me to Jog.
I had wanted to Jog For Years but was afraid of What People Would say...

I Have Been WALKING/JOGGING For A Couple of Weeks Now.
11/1/08 emoticon 1 Complete Mile Around Track Without Stopping.
I Contibuted it To My 3.4 lb Weightloss 10/30/08
Total Loss 64.6 lbs. Current Weight 145.4 lbs.
Matter of Fact I Have Jogged A Couple more times. I'm Doing what Feels Right To Me. Slow And Steady.

It Feels Great To Have ACCOMPLISHED This Goal. emoticon

emoticon Oct. 3, 2008 I was featured In My Own Article: The More I Walk The Better I feel


This Is Truly A Blessing, I'm The One That Always Looks Out For Others, This Time Coach Jen Cared Enough To Share My Walking Journey With The Sparkpeople family. This Really Has Made Me Feel Proud.....

Couple Weeks Back I Fell Off The Wagon, Got Right Back on, Continued My Journey and The Weight Continued To Come Off, 5.4 lbs to be Exact. My Start Weight was around 210, Now I'm 150.8 lbs, 13.8 lbs til Goal, My Low End And 15.8 lbs. My High End. Which Ever One Comes First Will Be My Goal Weight. I Love How That Sounds...... It's Nice To Know I'm Here To Inspire And Motivate Others. Walking Is My Passion.

What a Wonderful Feeling

emoticon Yes I have Reached another 5 lb weighloss goal. I still say to myself " I Can't Believe I have Loss 55 lbs. This Is Such a Great Feeling.... Last week I was Up 0.4 but It was not on account of what I have been doing. I have been on point since I started this Lifestyle Change. The Body works in Mysterious ways, I can testify to this..... I knew in my heart this week was going to be better than the last. For 1 I have been seeing this about 3 times now but never the less it's been good in the following weeks, a good weightloss. I am so proud of myself for a job well done. I have 20 lbs til goal. I am so focused!

REFLECTING

emoticon I Had A very Good week as far as Walking 56 miles this week along with other Exercises. I Ate Healthy all week. Just scanning my brain seeing where I came from and where I'm going.... My Goal for this week was too cut down on sweets,( My Biggest problem) It's not the fact I can't have any, It sends a RED FLAG ! I Accoplished that this week. I got in all my Water Plus some..... Ate plenty fruits and veggies. I made wise Decions when I went out to weekend activities. so I figure I did Very Well this week. I'm proud of myself. I will weigh-in later.
