I had another great day but I forgot to drink water when I got home from work. As a consequence I missed out on meeting my water goal but I did complete the other two (journal entry, sleep).
Yesterday I had a good swim workout. I can tell that my stamina is improving after just four 30-minute sessions. Of course, I am starting from no swimming base at all so it should be easy to measure improvement at this point. I am going to ask my swim partner if she is ready to increase our time to 40 minutes on Thursday.
