Lonely

Saturday, June 18, 2011

Living alone is not without benefits
peace and quiet whenever you need it,
undisturbed organization and order
(or guilt-free sloppiness),
and room to stretch out and relax.
But

some things are just more fun when you have someone to share them with

Its the one thing I miss someone to share.

BUT I know that as I have a daughter, a "someone" would not be able to share all the joy and worries around her, and as I am a woman I know that my career thoughts are not appreciated by many men, and as I have a lot of friends that are so dear to me, I know that a "someone" would be demanding so much time from all this other stuff I love so I choose to live alonte - because I am not alone.

I agree with everyone I was alone for 11 yrs. after my husband passed although I had my children which kept me pretty busy teen agers tend to do that but after they were grown I decided it was my turn and found another wonderful man. I am truely blessed. Don't settle praying you find your special one if it's in the cards. God has a plan you just have to follow it. emoticon emoticon

I live alone (people wise) but I have my dog, Abbie. She'll listen to anything I have to say and doesn't make any judgements.

Your Spark Friends are here to listen and try to help you sort things out.

I have to agree with this one - I always liked to be alone until I got married and realized how nice it was to have someone there to talk to.

Support:

Friday, June 17, 2011

Most of us complain all day that we are not successful or we are unable to achieve our goals.
On the other hand many of us write letters of support to the unable or the unachievable, BUT non try to attempt to take a chance.
You never know the impact you could have if youre just willing to take a chance.
Take one today.
A big one.
Dont be afraid of the possible pain of falling flat on your face.
It will pass.
But the suffering of staying stuck in neutral keeps on hurting.

I have to admit that my english is not good enough to understand it... but although I dont achieve what I want to, I hardly complain about it, there are work to be done...

Which one is you????

Thursday, June 16, 2011

There are three types of doers:

If a person says, I shall do it soon, their character is poor.

If a person says, I am ready to do it, their character is average.

If a person says, I am doing it, his character is supreme.

I'm proud to say that I am doing it, but am very understanding of those who are not quite there yet, as I used to be that person!

What about If a person says, 'I have done it'? That's where I am right now - I have been at my goal for over 5 years now!

I know that really means 'I am doing it', since I always have to be vigilant. Just wanted to try to be silly. Actually, I really like your blog!

On the days when its hard to get out of bed, remember, some people dont have beds to get out of.
Theres always someone worse off than you, and their survival depends on you getting out of bed.

Desire to do Good

Tuesday, June 14, 2011

Effort is an expression of a deep desire in our soul .
It is part of our process in this lifetime.
We do not ride a bike the first timewe try, and the same principle applies to our spiritual growth.
Go for the desires to do good for you and for others.
