living in my house alone in Baghdad at this time is not only dangerous but also difficult, there is no maid accepts to work in a semi-bachelor's house beside the restaurants are too expensive and their food is unquestionably unhealthy.
I decided to make my food in the way my cardiologist wants and Spark people advises. To start with I thought this is too difficult a task but when I went to Chef Meg site things became different, You not only can choose but it is very cheap and easy.
Each day I cook a different dish than the day before, I can add the spices I want and sometimes without the knowledge of Chef Meg I add or subtract the thing which I don;t like or is unavailable, today It is my 50th day alone and I am sincerely happy, my weight hasn't changed and probably is still going down, I'm enjoying eating and it is healthy and priceless. So it is my advise to our fellow members of SP to follow Chef Meg recipes with freedom to change the way you like it and I am sure you will thank Spark People for their efforts and me for the advice.
