It is fascinating to watch these young athletes
I feel younger when I watch R. Nadal who had a very bad knee two years ago and now fighting younger more healthier athletes for the prize.
I agree that the prize is very or extraordinarily big and it is worth the effort but to us ordinary people we got nothing more precious than our health and exercise equals good health so let it be:

It is fantastic, to watch these young men competing to win the world cup. Every day you get surprised how they get the goals and win, I failed to know the winner before the game, each time the supposedly weaker wins and the known strong team plays bad.

We are living in a civilized atmosphere, I guess!!!!
Why we use many different systems for measurement?
We in Canada in the same city the same store, use two types of measurements
can we unify to more system the metric?

    I prefer most anything to the metric system. I was not really taught the metric system and I find it confusing.

Exercise might increase your weight

As we go n the strength exercise and our muscles start hypertrophy and got heavy we might notice that the weight either stay as it was or gets higher

    You are correct. Initially there might be a weight gain but stay the course and it will result in a weight loss. Yes, a tape measure is my best friend also.

    That is why it is best to put away the scale and measure your progress in the way you feel, and how your clothing fit, is also a good way to measure how well you are doing emoticon

    I have Insulin Resistant Muscles. My muscles retain water a bit more easily than most. It's part of the process and I'm fine with it. We need more than the scale to mirror our hard work. Thats why a tape measure is a good thing to also use.
