Why we use many different systems for measurement?
We in Canada in the same city the same store or the same article they use two if not more than two types of measurements
it is madness
can we unify to more SANE system the metric?

I agree with all of you that being social is one way to loose ad habits.
being a spark people member makes you more social and this will encourage you more in becoming more healthier and gradually loose all bad habits you got. emoticon

    EEEK I would never give someone that kind of power over my mind. I'd sooner be fat forever. Too many weirdo's around today, even in the Drs/Ministers you name it. These are people we are supposed to trust, but open a paper and someone has molested another child etc. I would personally never consider it!!!!!

Today the main title of the Spark letter is about this.
It gave lot of weight to free walking over the treadmill. BUT we live in a snow country and we are too old to walk in between cars and shops
Have they considered the importance of evaluating what you did and keep record?
do you know how much you walked in a park?
How much you burned from your calories?
