Day 10 of Rest

Today is a rest day, I'm tired again.

Eating wasn't great.

BUT, i have aqua fit tomorrow. Woohoo! And a different type of exercise should shock my body into working harder. Woop!

Bootcamp Begin Pics & Day 9

Day 9 has gone much better than expected, especially considering I was allowing myself to feel down and let my motivation go down.

I've been brighter today. Ate really well. I've looked up pool times around because i wanna go swimming sometime. I want to just do it and go, get over the stupid barrier of going... even going alone. I was gonna go to aqua fit tonight because i know my friend goes a lot, but i called her and she's not up for tonight, but will be Thursday - so hopefully - there's a plan! =D

I got home after debating all day what to do. I didn't feel like anything too strenuous soooooooooooo... i did an hours worth of Yoga (for the first time ever) with FitnessTV and then a 10 min SP Pilates vid. THEN i was so uplifted i managed a little session of upper body strength training. Yay!

Very pleased with myself. I just had the best idea for tea too, i fancied a veggie omelette. So i made a veggie packed omelette with ketchup to top it off. YUMS.

And now the moment of truth... i have worked up the courage to post my 'Start of Bootcamp' pictures. So here goes. If anybody reads this, feel free to skip this part. ;)



And then the dreaded side view...



*phew* Now i go hide myself in a hole. Yikes this is the scary. Hopefully I can change them photo's by the time these 84 days are up!

    You look good what a coincidence my body looks the same exact way especially from the side view the only thing is I wont take a pic b cuz my children have gave me really bad stretch marks and I really dont want to scare spark people. Good news is that we r almost there. emoticon emoticon

(Late) Day 8 of 84, Rest Day

I'm a little late with this. I didn't get home til late last night, and i was so tired. Yesterday was tough to get through... i think i am tired from work, and then excercising every day caught up with me a little. I was aching and i was crabby all day long. It was a bad Monday!!!

I got home and was on a time limit... i wouldn't have had time to shower after my workout, so i relaxed and had a nap instead. I don't feel too bad - i do think i needed it.

I went for a tasting session for our wedding meal, so that was my tea. It wasn't a lot, it was a nice balanced meal so i'm cool with my eating yesterday.

I sort of feel like my motivation is getting a bit low... i can't let that weigh in get to me... grr.. so what? A quarter of a pound? And anywho, i don't want to lose VAST amounts over the next 2 months, because i just can't afford to pay out to have my dress sent back and made AGAIN. I just don't. And by the time my next dress comes back for fitting, there won't be time anyway.

    1/4 lb is nothing so don't worry it is only a glass of water! Take it easy and don't overexercise or you will injure yourself.

  You're doing great, you can take a break once in awhile. I've been lacking motivation lately also... it's so hard for me to stick with this. Your dress will look amazing, don't worry everything will fall into place =)

    Lady Bug, take your time and rest.. You been on the go.. I see that clearly, but you my dear needs to rest that body of yours.. Don't over do your 84 days.. I done that, and look at me.. I went into my area to put in a work out, and done boosted myself up once again.. NOW! I can't rest.. You know what time it is in bama.. Well, it's like 2:30, and I am into THE NANNY.. Love that show, but the nanny is not going to wake me up and tell me to get that workout in.. No work in the morning, I have to have the kids down at the DMV to take ID photos, and get them ready to fly outta here Wednesday morning. A half week off from the kids, and I will be here with DF.. Killing myself.. Because TOM has taken all the fun away. LOL. So, do you, but don't over do it while you do you.. Half pound gone.. The dress is going to fit.. Just worry about balance, and try not to drop pass what size the dress is. TONE Up.. Don't TONE OFF.

Day 7 of 84 and a GAIN!!

I am so not amused right now.
I worked today and i worked out during worktime - how good is that? 30 mins of Spark videos, some strength trianing, pushups, planks, wall pushups, tricep dips. It was good.
I weighed my usual Sunday weigh in and i've actually gained a quarter of a pound. I have done more exercise this past week than the whole of June & July put together and i GAINED?! Bah!!
I did have Chinese Friday and i did eat pie at Mum's Saturday... BUT, i also had a wrap late last night and the last of Stephens donner meat and chips ( :s i know i know) but i can usually allow for small mishaps.... grrr!!

I think i may have actually hit a plateu, SO, bootcamp to continue with more hard work, and i'm gonna break through whatever's stopping me now!!

Day 6 of 84 Bootcamp

I'm just blogging before i finish. Yes work, on a Saturday. Ahhh it is so wrong!! I've had a good day though, even if i didn't get my lie in this morning, hehe =P

I rested last night and ate Chinese... which was really nice, yet i ate way too much and only felt bloated for hours afterwards, including tossing and turning in bed and then waking up at 3am gasping for water, drank my pint of water i always take to bed and then drank my DFs half pint of orange juice... and still wanted more. Damn salty Chinese food! *drools* hahahaha.

Why oh why do we love what is bad for us? I wonder if it'll ever be explained. Well, there's the answer quite simply. Why? Because it's BAD for you! lol

I've been busy here in work... so inbetween i decided to get some workouts in. I did a total of 5 minutes sprints. Which isn't much I know but it adds up, ya know? lol... I also did 2 Sparkpeople workouts, bootcamp and jump rope. I got sweaty, woohoo!

So right now, i'm kicking bootcamp's butt, woohoo!
