Today is a rest day, I'm tired again.
Eating wasn't great.
BUT, i have aqua fit tomorrow. Woohoo! And a different type of exercise should shock my body into working harder. Woop!

I'm a little late with this. I didn't get home til late last night, and i was so tired. Yesterday was tough to get through... i think i am tired from work, and then excercising every day caught up with me a little. I was aching and i was crabby all day long. It was a bad Monday!!!
I got home and was on a time limit... i wouldn't have had time to shower after my workout, so i relaxed and had a nap instead. I don't feel too bad - i do think i needed it.
I went for a tasting session for our wedding meal, so that was my tea. It wasn't a lot, it was a nice balanced meal so i'm cool with my eating yesterday.
I sort of feel like my motivation is getting a bit low... i can't let that weigh in get to me... grr.. so what? A quarter of a pound? And anywho, i don't want to lose VAST amounts over the next 2 months, because i just can't afford to pay out to have my dress sent back and made AGAIN. I just don't. And by the time my next dress comes back for fitting, there won't be time anyway.

I am so not amused right now.
I worked today and i worked out during worktime - how good is that? 30 mins of Spark videos, some strength trianing, pushups, planks, wall pushups, tricep dips. It was good.
I weighed my usual Sunday weigh in and i've actually gained a quarter of a pound. I have done more exercise this past week than the whole of June & July put together and i GAINED?! Bah!!
I did have Chinese Friday and i did eat pie at Mum's Saturday... BUT, i also had a wrap late last night and the last of Stephens donner meat and chips ( :s i know i know) but i can usually allow for small mishaps.... grrr!!
I think i may have actually hit a plateu, SO, bootcamp to continue with more hard work, and i'm gonna break through whatever's stopping me now!!

I'm just blogging before i finish. Yes work, on a Saturday. Ahhh it is so wrong!! I've had a good day though, even if i didn't get my lie in this morning, hehe =P
I rested last night and ate Chinese... which was really nice, yet i ate way too much and only felt bloated for hours afterwards, including tossing and turning in bed and then waking up at 3am gasping for water, drank my pint of water i always take to bed and then drank my DFs half pint of orange juice... and still wanted more. Damn salty Chinese food! *drools* hahahaha.
Why oh why do we love what is bad for us? I wonder if it'll ever be explained. Well, there's the answer quite simply. Why? Because it's BAD for you! lol
I've been busy here in work... so inbetween i decided to get some workouts in. I did a total of 5 minutes sprints. Which isn't much I know but it adds up, ya know? lol... I also did 2 Sparkpeople workouts, bootcamp and jump rope. I got sweaty, woohoo!
So right now, i'm kicking bootcamp's butt, woohoo!
