I got up this morning, dressed and went to go to the spinning class. I was sooooooooo nervous. Shaking nervous. Really. Anywho, i got there and guess what? You have to bloody book in advance to be in the class as they only have so many. Pfffffft. I was kinda relieved to be honest. I did book myself onto next weeks class though AND paid - so no excuses not to go! =D

I lost 2.25lbs this week. I'm happy with that, yet felt my hard work deserved more haha. I will accept it though and i'm fired up for more hard work this week. Woohoo!!

    I heard from a co-worker that spin class is really hard but I've always wanted to try it. Not sure if I'm confident enough to do it yet though LOL.

Your such an inspiration Darlin :). You've motivated me to get back on the weight loss thing.

End To A Good Week

Howdy !
I've had a good week this week. I've exercised almost every night. I rested Thursday because i was sooo in need for a rest, i'd had strength training after my cardio from Sun - Wed and i was tough on myself so i was really feeling it. I didn't get home til late last night (Friday) so i didn't do much either.... but i did get up early this morning. I lay there in bed and thought "Should i, shan't i?" lol... so i dragged my butt outta bed and went for a run.

Finally, i went for another run. I sorta felt that if i didn't just get up and do it again, i would never do it again lol. So i went. Not as long as my first run but man it was hard. There seemed to be more people out... dog poo everywhere... more traffic.... ugh. I took a different route. And uphill too. I had to walk quite a bit more than i had before.

I do still feel good about it though. It's better than lying in bed not burning those 240 calories in 35 minutes, of course!!

So i am planning to go to a spinning class tomorrow. I wanna give it ago and have heard they are really challenging. I'm so excited!!

I expect to lose weight this week with all my hard work, lol, and i shall carry on with it!

    Good luck at spinning! I tried it for the first time this last week and I liked it a lot. My butt was sore but I got back up and did it again two days later. It's an awesome workout, can't wait to hear how you liked it! You're really getting close to your goal, CONGRATS! You've come so far! You're so encouraging!

Positivity

I am turning a new leaf to be positive, motivate myself and be full of beans. I have decided.

I ate naughty again this weekend but i knew exactly what i was doing. Again i was planning to run... meh, but i was on a break. I didn't run. I couldn't get out of bed! I did have a massive walk on Saturday though, which turned out to be 8 miles. Ouch! It was ouch as well haha, think i strained my legs quite a bit.

So there was no surprise that i put 2 lbs on this week, but i'm cool with that, i'm quite happy infact that it wasn't more.

So i began this week with a totally new positive attitude, and i am rearing to go. I am. I have worked out Sun, Mon and will be tonight. And hopefully i will on Wed as well. I am going for it this week. Extra strength training all around. I am not letting slip now. I can't, i need to keep making progress and get back to being healthy.

So we're all good - here we go!

  Great attitude... 8 miles - WOW!! I wish our weather would start getting nice so i can start walking outside again, and also start riding my bike! I put on 2lbs too from slacking (it was a big deal to me cause working so hard and putting 2lbs back on when it takes FOREVER for them to come off!) Uggh if only it were easier for the weight to come off!!

Keeping Hold!

I had a wonderful weekend, but not eating-wise. I ate pizza... and pizza.... and kebab.... and Chinese.... and more Chinese. All from Saturday to Monday. And i didn't do any workouts.

I felt real bad because of it, but a lot of people have give me support and uplifting words... it's really helped me look up instead of down and i am soldiering on. I worked out last night, which made me feel amazing, so i think i am over my little... splurgy moment. Weekend. Long weekend. LOL.

I got more compliments in work today because i had my new MEDIUM size t shirt on. Yeah, that's right, Steph just said she's wearing a MEDIUM! Lordy, i still can't believe it. It fits nice too. I have never in my life been a medium - ever. Always a large. A happy large though, because when i was athletic and fit i was always a large, so this feels damn good. Another thing i can't believe is that i have made it to the 12s in stone! Eep! It's craziness, i tell ya.

So here's to feeling good and making it happen. =)

    emoticon It is always nice to get inot the next "stones" and emoticon on the top and the compliments. These things will help you get over the weekend, we all need to let off steam occasionally. As long as we get straight back on the path we will all get there in the end emoticon
