BodyRockers in the house! (toniiiiight - Did you sing it too? no? :D)
So it looks like I'll have a nice little handy challenge just in time to keep me in check for Christmas! Bodyrock have promised to post from today, 12 workouts every day in the lead up to Christmas Eve. How fab is that?! And more than tempting, I HAVE to play along with this!

Good and controlled on my food again today. All the chocolates and shiz are starting to come into work for everyone to share now.... booo, don't like this! Resisting so far, remember - 'all or nothing' ! For the time being anyway.
I have a work meal at lunchtime tomorrow... in a Chinese restaurant. Bah. So i think i'm just gonna have to see how it goes, and remind myself to enjoy it yet not over-eat and bloat myself and be greedy. There's a challenge right there.
Home tonight, quick change, straight into BodyRock workout 1 of 12. Yahoo! Good stuff. Was tired and unsure as whether to start Week 2 of C25K, but figured i'd jump on the treadmill FIRST, THEN decide how i felt. Good trick right there, hah.
My mind is a strange place. It conveniently forgets how tricky i can be when it's not interested in being healthy and fit etc.
OH, and veggie burgers + sauerkraut = Yummo ! Mmmmmm!!
Now I have to shower and sleep!

Ah, so tired. It's nearly 8pm and i really need to go up and lie in bed. Maybe put a film on but i plan on sleeping very soon. Things are catching up with me!
Just a quick blog to describe my arrival home.
Arrived home at 7pm, another late finish at work, then some food shopping afterwards. Body has been aching a bit today so i figure i need to give it some rest, plus it's already 7pm, so i decide to take a rest day.
I also thought... hmmm, will weigh in shortly, so maybe have a cheat day too? Oooh.... ordering pizza sounds delicious right about now. *Homer salvating sound*
SO i did my trick again. I started cooking things.
I weighed myself too. And got QUITE a shocker. Y'know... it just shows how much i can do by putting all my effort into every aspect... since last weeks weigh in i lost a huge 8.5lbs. Holy cow? Maybe my scales are broke but HEY, I'll take that for now! LOL.
So i weighed in at 144lbs. HAPPY DAYS!! So so pleased with this. Over the moon infact. YES! I'm also glad i didn't order pizza, and the calamari i just had will do. I actually feel a bit sick after it, maybe i used too much oil.
So a little happy blog... because i'm amazed. Will catch up with everybody tomorrow !

WELL, I think i've had possibly THE most PRODUCTIVE day at work.... EVER. Lol! I kid you not, (The UKers will get that phrase ;) ) i have worked my butt off alllllll day long. No time to scive or sneak a quick lookie online... why? Because internet has been down all weekend in work, LOL. Feels good anywho, now i don't have any work to do until like June 2012.... Kidding ;)
GREAT eating again today. Woop! Feels good to only eat what i need, and not over eat. Finish eating before i am full. I seriously do so well on strict diets... it structures everything for me and lays out the rules. I think i've said before, but i'm definitely an 'all or nothing' girl.
I ended up having to stay 2 hours later than planned too, so what did i do? I used that time to totally quickfire myself. We have 2 guard dogs at work, who are like pets to me really.... so i played with them for most of those two hours. Played by running around, sprinting to beat them for toys, racing them up and down. I never did win.... but hey i can try and keep up with the speedy four-legged cuties, right?! As you can tell, i had A LOT of fun.

urnal_individual.asp?blog_id=4619607 - which was a nice mix up of BodyRocking and also some MyoMyTV ideas! Tooootally kicked my butt... but just what i needed to make me feel AMAZING and as happy and high as i am right now!
I've eaten a nice little mixture of lean pork, cheese, carrot and pineapple for dinner, and now i'm gonna get a nice long hot bath, relax and wind down for the night. Early start at work again in the morning. It's all good now though, looking forward to my weekend off!!
Did i mention the husband and i had booked a trip? Well it's my birthday on December 26th, so we will be having Christmas day with my family, then getting up early on my birthday and flying out to Amsterdam for a four night stay. Yay! We only decided it a couple of days ago and booked it, and i'm so happy, i LOVE to travel and see a new place and explore it, and i love to get away for a day or two for my birthday... So i'm just an all over happy bunny right now! I just gotta keep charge of myself, be good-ish in Amsterdam and then make sure i am ready to kick my bum when i get back.

Friday night :)
Unfortunately, I'm not very excited about this. It's my working weekend come around again (always so fast!) and i'm feeling pretty drained before it's begun... and then i work through next week lol. It's worth it afterwards though, so i won't go on complaining!
Yesterday I ate well. Had a few lollipops in work but they shouldn't hurt too much? I did the super-short Bodyrock workout of 7 mins. Sweated though, hah. Had a nice bath for some down time.
Today, eating has been great again. I did have one lollipop. It's better than most naughty things though, isn't it? I'm not even sure how bad lollipops are... they're pure sugar mainly? I'm so lost sometimes, heh. I finished work at 6pm instead of 5pm tonight, and was thinking about how i'd love to go out for a meal, wind down with a drink. Naughty Steph. I did some (mental) fighting and reminded myself of the meal i had waiting to be cooked in my fridge.
Got home with the hubby and seriously, i couldn't be bothered and really wanted some takeaway. I want some sweet stuff too. Sweets, chocolate, anything?! It's funny that i don't even care about sweet things in normal everyday life. Anyway, tonight was not a lost battle, I'm glad to report. I FOUGHT. And i won!!!
I shoved the chicken under the grill quick. Can't waste it once it starts cooking? Hehe, I had a pint of water to fill my belly and a teaspoon of peanut butter to, have SOMEthing.
Now it's 8pm and success. I might have a Horlicks for bed. I really need to go to bed soon.
I haven't tried the cashew butter yet. I went to taste the almond butter but don't think i'm quite ready for it yet. It smelt... not as expected. I think it might be better in smoothies maybe. There are simply 2 ingredients on the jar - Roasted almonds and salt. So this is good? The cashew butter is also 2 ingredients - cashews and sunflower oil. I'm still following my 2 week diet plan (mostly mostly) so can't wait to try these out properly in different things.
I'm getting far too excited about nut butters! :P
OH and to finish - rest day today, needed, planned so far for tomorrow - day 3 of week 1 c25k. Happy days! BodyRock is lacking in the updates again this week. :(
