Today's QuickFire was burpee's. Normally i would think - :-/ Hmm, burpee's are hard to do privately, so i wouldn't get many done. This morning i went into another office before anybody was in. I did 10 burpee's before going through to the toilet. When i came out i did another 5/6 with variations. I did some more later on still before anybody came in (all before 9am, LOL) and then in the day time i took a walk to one of our vehicles. I threw some burpee's downstairs and then did some half burpee's with inclined pushups! LOL. I had lots of fun trying to do burpee's when nobody was around.
Today's schedule was Level 1 of the Shred. Fun fun, and sweaty again. I was hoping to BodyRock but i got home late from work so tea-time (dinner) was pushed later. I have decided i'd really like to get at least 2 BodyRock workouts in for the week. I did one last week - so felt good about that, just need to push for more now!!
I forgot to mention (and share) about going to my Mums. How come going to Mum's (for a lot of people) always consists of lovely homemade-Mum food being set on the table infront of you? Hehe... Mum put together a lovely lunch as i was there, also my brother, and sister & niece. So we all tucket in and i managed to keep my eating limited and healthy!
Also, that day i'd BodyRocked in the morning, meaning i felt fantastic and uber-confident. Cue, vain-looking picture of ones self being proud of where she is going.
That t-shirt i'm wearing, i mentioned in a blog before Xmas. I'd bought it and couldn't quite wear it yet as it was tight around my belly and far too uncomfortable to wear in public. So i was mega-chuffed to be able to wear it! =D

Feeling much better today. Almost better, just my voice giving it away now being all raspy and stuffs.
Shred level 1 again today. Enjoyed it. I have four days behind me now so i feel like i've got a bit of momentum going.
I meant to say yesterday, i was gonna BodyRock after P90... but i didn't want to overdo it too early, especially with not being fully recovered yet. I could have tonight also, i felt i had the energy, but i've kirbed it for now. I'm missing BodyRock more than i imagined i would... so i think by the time my rest day gets here, it might consist of some rockin'.... or next weeks workouts may have some rockin' added on afterwards. Hope so!
How amazing is Sparkpeople? Every day i come here and i look around, i read about people's daily lives, their goals, their achievements... Spark is such an amazing movement... every now and again it overwhelms me and i just sit back content thinking about how lucky i am to be a part of this and have met (and still meeting!) really wonderful people. Every day i am amazed!
Day Five is P90's sweat then ab ripper. I am SO excited for this now. =D
