I have been a Sparkpeople member for a while now BUT I finally read "The Spark" and feel totally "sparked" to really get going and attain my goal of losing 20 pounds forever. It's a rare day that I don't work out. I like to run trails or bike or even do Jillian Michaels DVD when I can't get out so I am in fairly good condition, however, I snack too much!
Chris Downie's story is very inspirational and it was interesting to me to finally learn the origins of this wonderful website.
