OK WELL THIS IS THE STORY I LEFT AND FORGOT ABOUT MY DIET.....GAINED MORE WEIGHT....AND NOW I AM BACK ON TRAK....STARTED WITH 233 AND I AM DOWN NOW 229.8 (IN ONE WEEK)

WELLLLL HI EVERYONE WELL NOT MUCH GOING ON IN MY LIFE...i have not lost any weight...i have gained 3 pounds in the whole month....but still trying hardddd to stay focus!!! hope everyone is ok!

    I totally have been there before, Keep it healthy & the lbs will come. I was practically at a stand still for the last month...it was frustrating but, I knew I was on track so I didn't give up & kept going. This week I lost 5 lbs. The losses come in waves. Catch a wave when you can! Surfs Up!!!

ok when i was feeling sick i did pretty good on my diet!!! now that i am much better....i am eating like a PIG! friday we went to cici's pizz (all u can eat buffet) i had 3 slices of pizza and a big plate of salad...saturday we went to mexican rest i had rice and beans and chicken with melted cheese on top and shirmp!!! i had avacado and everything they put on my plate....and today we went to a buffet for breakfast and then at home i have had doritos, hotdog, twinkies! PLS HELPPPPPPP I FEEL DEPRESSED!!! AND I DONT KNOW WHAT 2 DO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I FEEL LIKE JUST QUITING AND STAY FAT FOREVER!!!!!! PLS MY FRIENDS I NEED ADVICEEEEE!!!

    I think that it's important to remember that this is a marathon of a journey, not a quick sprint. In order to lose the weight and keep it off - it has to be a total life change. It would be unrealistic to think that you will never eat the foods that you enjoy (pizza, cheese, etc...) ever again. The key is probably not eating them all in the same week. It is not the end of things for you - you blogged and asked for help which indicates to me that you are not really ready to quit.

You can do this. You are worth it. I wish you all the best!

    the ONLY way to fail is to QUIT !

So keep on keepin' on... when you eat like that, at minimum you should still track it! It does something in your head....

    I'm sort of in the same place. We'll get out of this bad eating pattern.

Just calm down...and be firm with yourself. Try to remind yourself that eating like this is NOT going to take you where you want to go.

    OK, first of all, take a deep breath, let it out slowly, now do it again!

Now, you should feel calmer. First of all, sometimes when we have been sick and start feeling better, since our bodies have not had much food or has not tolerated it well, we sometimes tend to crave food like there is no tomorrow.

I think maybe you are feeling like you are out of control and so you are eating like you feel, does that make sense?

Remember, this is a lifelong journey, we did not get where we are overnight and we will not be perfect overnight either. It is a process and we learn alot about ourselves along the journey.

You only have to pick one thing to work on at a time, at the most three... and do not worry about all the other things you SHOULD do, those will come later.

It is OK, quitting is NOT an option, tell your feelings to take a hike, you are in control here!

Small steps everyday lead to great successes! You CAN do this, I am here to help you.

    Hang in there! You can do this!! I hate to say it but I really have to avoid places like Cici's - all you can eat is just an invitation for me to overdo it. Even though 3 pieces of pizza isn't so bad by itself - it sounds like from there things just got more out of control. I know exactly how this feels. You can get it back together though. Just forgive yourself and start again right now. Have a glass of water or tea, go for a walk if you can, go to bed early. I was just looking at your plan, too - maybe 1200-1500 calories is too low for you right now. Sometimes going too low makes me more likely to binge. Take care of yourself - you are worth it!!

HEY MY FRIENDS!! WELL I AM BACK AFTER NOT FEELING 2 WELL...MY DOCTOR SAID RELAX FOR A COUPLE OF DAYS!! I DID STAY ON TRACK WITH THE CALORIES! AND I HAVE NOT LOST OR GAINED BUT I AM OK THAT THE SCALE..DIDN'T GO DOWN AS LONG AS IT DOESN'T GO UP!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I MISSED EVERYONE!!! HOPE SOME OF MY FRIENDS ON HERE MISSED ME AS WELL!!!!!!!!! =)

LOVE YA GUYS!, (OH AND THANKSSS TO ALL WHO COMMENTED AND POSTED ON HERE!!UR ADVICE HELPED ME GO TO THE DOCTOR!!!! )

    I DID miss you and am so glad you are back and ready to go. It sounds to me like you have been on track even though you haven't been on sp that much.

Take your doctor's advice and remember this is a lifetime journey, no quick fixes.

Hello my friends i had been away from sp the last couple of days beacause i had been feeling very bad....last night my husband had to call the ambulance becuase i got dizzy and woke up with chest pains....when they came my hubby told them that i had been on a diet and that i had been working out 3 times a day (morning 3o min and afternoon 20 min and then at night another 30 min..) they said i am overdoing it...DO u think thats bad???? i feel sick and dizzy my heartbeat is beating 100 miles per hour...but i dont think its the excersie!help me i need some advice and support i am very depressed!

    Hi Virnarosa. Sorry to hear you weren't feeling well. Like everyone I would say go and see the doctor but also check your calorie intake. Maybe your not eating enought calories for all your workouts and that could be affecting you. Take care and take it easy. This is not a race this is a nice stroll so enjoy it.

    I am not sure what to tell you but definitely go see your doctor and see what they say. Also, how many calories are you eating a day? You aren' taking any kind of weight loss supplement are you?

    Definitely see your doctor! Remember - slow and steady wins the race. A gradual increase in exercise is going to be best over the long haul so you don't burn yourself out. Take care of yourself, get lots of rest and do see that doctor! You may be right that it is not the exercise itself (although three times a day is a LOT), but you need to get the big picture so you can find out how to best take care of yourself.     I applaud your commitment but maybe you're over doing a little. Do go see your doctor and see what she says about it. This may be your body telling you to ease back a little. Be careful.
