Thought I would check in tonight, So far so good. I have started working out harder and breaking that workout time in half, And let me tell you I can feel it!! My legs/hips feel like they may fall off, but thats all good ( : So I'm starting out jogging (which I normally never do, I'll go for a fast 5 mile walk with no jogging involved!) So... I'm getting my butt kicked! And in the evening I have been doing a 10-15 minute workout for my arms with my weights (while watching tv) I'm feeling great, have not gotten on the scale yet I'm trying to avoid it till weigh in on Saturday! And I have been eating very well which is a plus ( :

Other news, I start work tommorow which will be stressful, it always is going back to school : X But I'm planning on eating breakfast at home and packing my grapes and lots of water so all should be good.

I'm also wondering if you do Cardio DVD's Which ones are your favorites? I'm looking to pick up some new ones that make me sweat! Ideas?

    I love Jilliam Michaels... the shred is AWESOME (20 mins). She has a few others too. I like the Biggest Loser dvds, as well as Tae-Bo. I have some Step ones that are awesome (I'm a nut that LOVES step). And if you haven't tried Zumba yet...FUN FUN FUN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Good for you working harder!!!
Turbo Jam are great for a cardio workout. There is a short 20 minutes one that kicks your ass if you are short on time.
Jillian Michaels has a cardio kickboxing one I like, its only 25 minutes.
I look forward to hearing what other people say. I need some new ones myself!

first video blog, feel very strange in front of the camera but I'm giving it a shot. Even though I've lost the weight I've lost mentally I feel like I'm starting over and trying to find the new things that work for me now.

    Wow, that is so amazing all the weight you loss. Have you ever worked with a personal trainer? I have one that I just started to work with and she is really fantastic. She is also a registered nutritionist which is a real bonus for me. I joined Weight Watchers 3 weeks ago and find it very helpful. You can try keeping a log for awhile to see if there are foods that are keeping you from losing the last few pounds. Keep going...you will get there.

    I am very sorry for the loss of your father. I hope you can take comfort in your memories and knowing how proud of you he must be. Considering the upheaval and loss in your life this last year, it is amazing that you did not backslide into a significant weight gain. We all have experienced (or witnessed) the disappointment of “undoing” all the hard work and dedication of a major weight loss when faced with too much stress of life-changing events. That said, you have done an AMAZING job.

P.S. How wonderful to give your daughter the gift of a healthy example. Keep on keepin’ on girl!

    I liked your vlog. I think by you recognizing that your body and weight is changing will help you to change things up and keep the pounds off that you want to lose. Sorry to hear about your dad. I can all to well relate. Good luck to you and thanks for posting.

    That's awesome how you put your video on here.

Since you've had a lot of stress this year that is probably what was holding you back from losing the rest of your weight. I feel for you for what you have gone through. Today is a new day and if you try to stay as stress-free as possible i'm sure it'll all fall in place to where the weight will come off as long as you watch what you eat and exercise. Track everything and change-up your workout routine and maybe that'll help you. I tried losing weight the way I had many years ago and it didn't work for me this time around. I had to play around with my tracker and workout routines for couple of months before i found what worked for me and when it stopped working I went and changed it up again. Everyone is different, you have to keep experimenting on the calories, etc...,. and your workout routines until you find what works for you. You can do it, just be patient and keep trying. Read the articles SP has to offer and you may find some answers on there. If I can be of any help you just let me know. You have come so far and that's amazing! Congrats on your weightloss!     Wow that is emoticon emoticon on your success so far. Best wishes on your continued success, and I hope you will be able to figure out what plan will work better for you now. I am sure some of the stress you have been dealing with probably is not helping that journey. I hope you are able to find some relief from the stress, maybe thinking of ways to relief stress may help you.
