I am at 156 and I am 5 ft 4 in tall. According to an article I just read on SP, my "ideal" weight should be 120!!!!!!!!!!!!!
THAT IS NOT GOING TO HAPPEN!!!!!!!! I'm thinking 155 is ok.....or should I go for 150? What to do, what to do?
I purposely added some calories last week to see if I could stay the same....it worked.....I feel good at 156......would I feel even better at 150.....or 140..........?????????????? I just cannot imagine nor do I want to even try for 120!!!!!!!!!!
One pound to goal. Then the hard work starts - keeping it off.....or as TOPS used to use - KOPS - Keeping Off Pounds Sensibly. Four little words..........TOUGH TO DO!
We went to a home party last night - of course had too much snack food. Did something for midnight we have never done. Everyone wrote a wish for 2011 on a piece of paper, tied it to a string attached to a helium balloon....and let it go. How cool is that?
DIL and grandkids left this a.m. - the house is quiet and the dogs are tired out from all the activity!
