I have my bra hooked on the smallest hook. First time EVER !!!!

I'm hoping that it's a weight loss and not a stretched out bra.

I'm definately going to buy the new scale this weekend.


Broken Scale

Our Tanita scale is broken. It got wet and shorted out. Oh, well. That means that I haven't weighed in this week. I'll pick up another scale this week and keep it in the upstairs bathroom. I'll find room somewhere.

I must be losing something. My bras are definately feeling looser. The one I'm wearing now is one of the smaller bras that I own. I have decided that I'm not buying any clothes this winter though. That way I'll really feel it when Springtime comes around.

I'm still getting used to the Byetta. I learned from trial and error that I can't have a shake instead of solid food. Not a good feeling at all.

I think I have to being in a bowl or big cup and have my oatmeal here in the office. That way I can work out, take my shot and then eat. I'll test it out this week and see how it does.

Book club tomorrow. Ellen insisted on pizza. I'll stick with the the salad. I've had pizza too many times in the past few weeks.

I was all ready to call in sick today. I just need a day to veg out ont he couch. I worked out every morning this week at the company gym and wanted one morning to stay in bed a little longer.

DH decided he was going to work in the city today in stead of out here. So I bit the bullet and put my stuff together and drove him to the station and then I wen to the gym.

It was a good work out and I'm glad that I did it.

Tomorrow it supposed to rain cats and dogs. I have the trainer at 7:30 am and then I'm free for the day. I'm planning on curling up with a book and dozing on and off all day.

Sunday I can sleep in. Then it's off to a yoga seminar in the afternoon. Perfect day!


Non Scale Victory !

Actually I have a few Non Scale Victories for today.

The first is that my pants are actually BAGGY !!!!!! At the end of last winter I could hardly squeeze my behind into them. I also have on a sweater that I couldn't wear last year. It was way too tight and rode too high onto my waist. YIPPIEEEE!!!

Today I led my friend and co-worker in a yoga class. We did Sun Salutations. I wore my heart monitor and registered within my heart rate for most of the class. My calories were over 200 for 35 minutes. When I take the regular class with my instructor I burn 400 calories for the hour so I was on track.

The Non Scale Victories are just as important as the ones on the scale.


Moving My Cheese

I love changes. They keep the mind active and the body moving. Now that I'm a community team member I have to remember to post on my journal or my blog. I don't know what the difference is but i'm sure I'll learn. A day without learning something new is a boring day.
