Ging on the Game On Challenge has convinced me that blogging will help me. I agree and will try to put something half way intelligent on a blog at least 3 times a week.
Today was rough getting up. Every morning is now that it's dark out. But I made it to the gym by 7:30. Kathy wasn't in the mood for yoga and neither was I. I did 20 minutes on the treadmill and then did my regular leg exercises and crunches. The leg stuff is inner and outer thighs. Double leg raises. I did 75 crunches and should have pushed myself to do more but the time was getting short.
My heart monitor registered 210 calories burned. I think that it would have been more. My heart rate doesn't go up when I'm doing the leg exercises but I'm sure sweating!!!
The Byetta is curbing my appitite so other than the chocolate I ate last night my portion control was great. I hope it stays this way. I go on the stronger dose next week.
Yoga tonight in the Plainview yoga studio. I'm curious to see what my heart rate is during a Flow Class. I burned 219 calories in the Iyengar class last night. Not bad considering I couldn't do the shoulder stands. If I had I'm sure it would have been up to 300.
