August Goals!

* Walk 115 miles
* Complete a 5k under 50 minutes (I haven't times myself in months so i know i may have slowed down a bit)
* Complete 3000 crunches
* complete 1500 squats
* End August under 260lbs

Here's a snap shot of my calendar:


The PINK days are my 3-Day, 60 Mile training walks. The other days are all cross training days.

I've only lost 4lbs since january 1st. This is due to my eatinghabits. This is the area that i need to really focus on and in the past few weeks i've done just that. Since the last week of June i've lost a total of almost 8lbs - yes i did end up weighing more then i did on January 1st. BUT that's all changing now.

Weight: January 1st 272.4, August 1st 268.3lbs
Waist: June 1st 44.75in, August 1st 45.5in
Hips: June 1st 49.25in, August 1st 49.75in
Thighs: June 1st (L)25.5in (R) 25.5in, August 1st (L) 25.0in (R) 26.0in
Calf: June 1st (L) 17.5in (R) 18in, August 1st (L) 17.25in (R) 17.25in
Arm: June 1st (L)13.0 (R) 13in, August 1st (L) 13.25in (R) 13.0in
Stomach: June 1st 51in, August 1st 50.75in

End of July Update

This is after my 3 mile walk last night! I was a sweaty mess.

For the month of July my goals were to walk/run 100 miles...I completed 108.8 miles!!!

January 101.83 miles
February 92.61 miles
March 121.78 mles
April 96.76 miles
May 51.02 miles
June 73.82 miles
July 108.80 miles

That's a combined total of 646.62 miles i've walked so far this year.

Here are my quarterly stats:

1st quarter: January - March
walked/ran 287.433 miles
Biked 123.03 miles
Crunched 7440 reps
Squatted 4435 reps

2nd quarter: April - June
walked/ran 223.41 miles
crunched 4910 reps
squatted 1500 reps

3rd Quarter: July - September
walked/ran: 108.8miles
crunched 3260 reps
squatted 160 reps

My miles and crunches are on par, but i need to up the squats. PLEASE understand i do a TON more, but these are the ones i am targeting.

Almost End of July Update

Training Walks...LBD...Goal Updates

I've been in training since mid May for my Susan G Komen, 3-Day, 60 Mile Breast Cancer Walk. This past weekend i walked 8.55 miles on Saturday and 6.08 miles on Sunday.





The training has been going well. What i am noticing is how TIRED i am come 7pm on Saturdays and Sundays. I'm hydrating and eating right and i'm stretching more then i ever have...but i THINK i need a bit more sleep. On Friday night/Saturday mornings i get roughly 6-7hrs of rest. I may need to up it to 8ish hours of sleep. I can feel the difference when i sleep more.

So last time i showed you two dresses and it looks like everyone LOVES the 2nd dress.







BUT i have another dress that i've only worn once...PLEASE excuse me...i just woke up and thought about the dress so i'm a mess...lol




Thoughts?

    still love the 1st one best but 2nd and 3rd look better at the moment(notice i said at the moment,lol.of the 2nd and 3rd prefer the 3rd as it is lighter. emoticon

    I didn't "vote" earlier because I like Dress #1 and I was the only person who did so I thought something must be wrong with me. But now I've decided to join in and my vote is....Dress #3! It's adorable. I also really like Dress #1. It's elegant....
