* Walk 115 miles
* Complete a 5k under 50 minutes (I haven't times myself in months so i know i may have slowed down a bit)
* Complete 3000 crunches
* complete 1500 squats
* End August under 260lbs

The PINK days are my 3-Day, 60 Mile training walks. The other days are all cross training days.
I've only lost 4lbs since january 1st. This is due to my eatinghabits. This is the area that i need to really focus on and in the past few weeks i've done just that. Since the last week of June i've lost a total of almost 8lbs - yes i did end up weighing more then i did on January 1st. BUT that's all changing now.
Weight: January 1st 272.4, August 1st 268.3lbs
Waist: June 1st 44.75in, August 1st 45.5in
Hips: June 1st 49.25in, August 1st 49.75in
Thighs: June 1st (L)25.5in (R) 25.5in, August 1st (L) 25.0in (R) 26.0in
Calf: June 1st (L) 17.5in (R) 18in, August 1st (L) 17.25in (R) 17.25in
Arm: June 1st (L)13.0 (R) 13in, August 1st (L) 13.25in (R) 13.0in
Stomach: June 1st 51in, August 1st 50.75in
In two months I've gained 0.25inches on my body.
