I had some great workouts this week and am feeling good. Unfortunately between the snow and the yummy holiday treats I wasn't 100%, but feeling VERY good about what I accomplished!

I am so disappointed in myself. I was doing fantastic. I look at myself in the mirror with disgust. I had lost most of my weight and was on track. I was in fantastic shape. I kept saying "tomorrow, tomorrow". Well tomorrow never came, my muscles are gone, my fat is back as is the weight. Back to square one. I have a half marathon 4 weeks away and am so unprepared....

  How did you do it ? Think about it & try to do the same. Stay active. Every little bit counts. GOOD LUCK with the HALF MARATHON

Fun weekend

Didn't hold to anything healthy. BUT I had a wonderful weekend with friends I hadn't seen in a long time. It was desperately needed. So I had a great mental health weekend!

Have been sick

Caught the flu. Fave been feeling awful the last couple of weeks. Thank goodness it is at the tail end. I was able to get a run in on Thursday and sweat the last of the sickness out!

Had a hard week. Layoffs with the company, husband out of town, lots of stress. Usually I am good about adding workouts to feel better, but this week I blew it. No exercise and ate like crap. Back to squaire one!
