Was planning on taking my girls to karate and going shopping this am but my kids are so happy just watching the Sat am cartoons & playing on the coach likes it's a jungle gym or blocks & I'm enjoying just reading my email & paper. None of them want to get dressed so I'm going to let them have a pajama day & just stay home (even though I've been dressed and ready to go since 7am, ) I'm tired of having to push them all to get ready so it's giving me a break too. Hope your weekend is off to a great start! What are you doing?

Awesome day today so far. The dishwasher magically stopped leaking today & seems to be working, knock on wood. Ya!! Watched a couple of my oldest daughters friends since they didn't have school 1 mom had to work and the other was bringing her mom to the Dr.'s The girls were all so good and entertained each other well. SIL came over b/c I had a bunch of baby stuff to give her. I think I overwhelmed her w/the amount of clothes I gave her and that was only half of it, lol. I've given her almost everything so I don't think she'll need a baby shower. Went to the park w/the mom who worked in the am to cont. the playdate w/her son & my DS had a meltdown due to exhaustion so thankfully the other mom who brought her mom to the Dr.'s offered to watch my oldest and my son passed out in his car seat while I went to pick up my other DD @ preschool and am enjoying the quiet of just having my 2 itty bitties. Happy? Veterens day! Wow I was surprised to see I hadn't posted blogs here in a couple days. Tues was my bday & I had a great night w/my BF & got to know a new friend better It was great to spend a little time w/dh yesterday am before having to drop him off @ the train. Enjoyed an dinner w/my BF and her family last night. I was a little bummed to find my less than 2 month old dishwasher leaking this am. Bummed I have to wait until business hours before calling to get it fixed. I plan on getting some exercise @ farm later w/a couple buddies and their kids after packing a healthy lunch. How about you, any good cardio, st, or meal plans?

Snowed here this am. So I wnt walking at the mall w/a couple buds and began my xmas shopping afterwards I'm looking forward to my bday tomorrow. Am planning on celebrating by having a couple close friends come over to hang out after the kids are down for the night. Hope dh doesn't have to work ridiculously late. Would love to hang out w/him as well tonight. Take care

I'm so happy DH came home from his trip this afternoon. He let me take a nice long needed nap and I feel so refreshed and much better now. I've done so much better nutritional today than I have in several days. I got a cute kids ratatouille cookbook @ the library yesterday and made easy Faux Escargots (which is basically a sandwich wrap cut into slices for the snail shell and a pickle for the snail) then for dinner we made pizza using 100% whole wheat english muffins w/marinara sauce and mozzarella (pepperoni for those who wanted it)) and home made oven baked french fries. Then we had some yummy frozen yogurt for dessert. I love cooking w/the kids. They're so much more likely to eat it. Hopefully I don't stay up too late now and ruin it for tomorrow.
