Went for a nice walk this morning w/my sparkbuddy and a couple of my kids. Dropped off the dry cleaning and then went to the library to return some books. Still need to find a truck book. Then had the pool water tested, not good. I asked if they recommended a pool person for next year b/c they got a lot of complaints about my current pool guy. Not feeling to good now about prepaying him for next week. Hope he shows up. Now I need to add a lot of chemicals to try and fix the problem before closing. Ughh.. not what I wanted to do. Maybe I'll do a treatment, then do my ST and follow up w/another treatment. I also wanted to make some muffins for a friend who just had a baby, so I need to pick up some ingredients. There are just not enough hours in the day. Oh well, 1 thing at a time right. Gotta go lots of things to do

This morning we were going to have a family photoshoot done but my son got a big scratch on his nose so I cancelled it and we went and bought a new dishwasher instead. Went out to Acupulcos for lunch and ate the left overs for dinner It was good but probably way too many cals. Did my ST this afternoon and ran tonight. Pretty day I feel. Have a night

Had an night out last night w/DH and 2 other couples to Federal hill. Dh was just saying yesterday morning he'd wanted to go and then my friend Jen called me out of the blue to invite us to join her and her husband and another couple we are mutual friends with to Providence for dinner. We were so lucky to get a sitter so last minute and change the reservation. I fell off the wagon last night but was right back on this am w/a run w/Lori. DH's been so nice. He didn't drink much at all last night so I could have a few and then got the kids dressed and fed today, I'm so going to miss him when he travels again. Not sure what he's doing now, but he deserves a break. So happy the cardio's done. Now I just need to do some ST, get some co-ordinating outfits for a family pic tomorrow & hopefully my nails done too. Have a sparkly day

I had a relaxing evening last night and this morning we went to Slater Park w/some great friends. The kids loved playing, seeing the animals and riding the carousel (not sure I spelled that right) Anyways, I'm enjoying this weather and plan on doing my ST and cardio now.

Had a day yesterday. While doing my ST on the back deck I overheard the construction workers next door say I was hot My DH & sister tell me this all the time but I don't know why there's something so confidence boosting when a complete stranger says it. Have an long holiday weekend !
