Did lots of laundry and dishes today. Had a great playdate w/Dianne. Did my strength training and cardio. Now am going out.

Today was a great day. I was able to get my cardio and some cleaning done. Then we went to our friends Kim and her kids this morning for a play/lunch date. Then Victoria had her last swim class and we waked some more. Afterwards I prepared dinner and homemade oatmeal cookies, gave the kids a bath, I took a shower, finished cleaning (with Oliver)had dinner w/Lois, Bob and John. Olivia loved her 3d crayola gift, I loved the flowers and we all enjoyed some great wine they had brought along. After our friends left Oliver and I put the kids to bed. I did some strength training and some more cleaning w/Oliver(When does it ever end?) LOL. Now I need to get to bed if I'm going to try and get 8 hours of sleep tonight.

I had a great time w/my family yesterday @ Hampton. I ate way too many calories and fat, but my mom's country spareribs and sauce were delicious!!! I never realized how much bad food there was on that strip. I tried getting a salad at McDonalds, but they didn't have any, LOL. Thankfully Oliver was able to get some at Mama Leone's. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate. My husband was suppose to go fishing, but since it's raining sideways today it's not going to happen. I can't wait to see what adventure we will do today!

Happy Father's Day! I'm so proud of myself for not overeating at the barbq last night. My friends were kind enough to throw on a veggie burger on the grill for me for dinner. The sangria and beer were delicious but I didn't finish either one so I was able to taste both w.out too many calories. I really enjoyed seeing my friends last night and I look forward to seeing my family after church today

Today we have no plans. I just need to burn those extra calories from Sunday to catch up on my goal. I'm glad we have no plans today and next weekend b/c July we have every weekend booked.
