I didn't get enough cardio in yesterday but enjoyed getting some of my to do list done. I also did great nutritionally until I went to bed, I couldn't sleep so I got up & ate a box of wheat thins & crashed while watching tv :( So it was another day of staying up too late & eating too much. I'm up too early today & I know I'll be up late again tonight. I plan to do better w/my cardio & strength training today!
