Back down to 138, but want to keep going in the right direction. I'm looking forward to my hair appt tonight. I plan on doing my cardio & strength training later today.

    I think that was my wedding weight (138) when I was 19 years old and I looked so cute in my short wedding dress, size 12. I probably could have worn a 10 but have always hated tight clothes. emoticon

I'm getting on the treadmill & doing as much as I can to get back down to the 130's today. I had a healthy breakfast & hoping to lose 10lbs by Easter. Wish me luck!

Feeling pretty down today. I'm back in the 140's, I've binged too much lately, not exercising enough & not getting enough sleep. I need to get back on the *&)%%$$@# wagon. Tomorrow's a new hopefully better day :) So glad I did a lttle cardio in.

Getting some RR. Had a healthy breakfast & lunch. I plan on doing my cardio & strength training this afternoon. Not sure what to do about dinner yet. Any healthy suggestions welcomed :)

    My DH made me chicken southwestern salsa w/brown rice & sweet potato fries. Yum-o. It was delicious. I'm making something very similar for tonight.

    Hey! Good for you getting your cardio in! I have to get better with that! I had some chicken, peans/corns, and brown rice for dinner...I dipped my chicken in Frank's hot sauce...yummy!!! I hope you had a nice dinner! Great day!
