Did great w/strength training & cardio. Not so good w/nutrition again. Thinking I may be an emotional eater ie bored, stressed or upset I'm turning to food & need to find healthier ways of coping. Hoping tomorrow I can be better nutritionally again :)

    i'm the same way - but it comes and goes - sometimes i can handle it and sometimes not. it's a hard thing to break. but i have fewer days that are mess ups than i used to so i'll just keep going.

Pretty good day so far. I did my cardio on the treadmill, strength training wasn't required today(Yeah!!!) I'm doing great on my water consumption & even splurged on some pecan caramel chocolates this afternoon & didn't eat the whole box by mysel, shared it w/the kiddos :) Bringing the girls to swim class tonight and may put in some more cardio walking.

Woke up way to early so I didn't get enough sleep, but I did get more than enough cardio in, woohoo! Was good w/breakfast & lunch but lost my willpower this afternoon & ate almost an entire box of donuts. OMG 1700 cals just on donuts, aargh!!! I made a healthy dinner but don't know if I should eat another bite today. It felt great eating the donuts, but now I feel soooo guilty & remorseful. On a good note I did all my strength training done today as well. I guess tomorrow's a new day & always hope to do better. Maybe someday this'll be easy :)

    I did this the other day. only instead of donuts it was lindt chocolate truffles (the entire LARGE bag....) ugh! I didn't track my food that day.

just take it in stride and know that tomorrow will be better!!!

    Bethany's talk about doughnuts yesterday was getting to me too!! I could have ate a box with you!! Please don't beat yourself up! I do it all the time though, I will eat something and think I am not going to care... it's no big deal.... then I just die later when I realize what I have done!! I always think why??

here comes Polly positive: But today is a new day and the trueth is ONE day and ONE (box :) really won't hurt you, as a mom we always look for teachable moments... this is yours :) It is good to allow our selfs to teach ourselfs :)
*I have a friend who is positive no matter what and I am sure that is how she would respond :) Have a doughnut free day :)

    LOL girl STEP AWAY FROM THE DOUGHNUTS!!!! I find when something is that tempting I need to run out the room. The other thing I have found is if you take a few bites and then salt down the rest you can stop...salty sweets are never good...

That said- if you have eaten something like that- eat some veggies and protein- they will even out your insulin levels- If you don't you will be looking for another sweet when you sugar levels drop from the digestion of the doughnuts... I roast things so it's not that many more calories.

Jump back in there girl- you can do this. Sharon

My cardio was done early this am & did great w/nutrition &water today. I haven't been getting enough sleep or strength training in. Maybe tomorrow I can do it all :)

    I know how you feel!! I sometimes wonder if my friends really remember how hard it is to have little one, and keep up on the house, laundry and the errands!! Let alone exercise, and eat right! Some days I feel as though I just can't do it all

Pretty productive day today. I packed a big tupperware container full of files so I can start fresh w/filing some paperwork & did laundry, cardio & cleaned the house. Tomorrow I have a dentist appt & a playdate for the kids. Looking forward to relaxing a bit :) My DH thankfully fut the kids to bed tonight.
