I'm proud of myself for getting in all my cardio last night while watching my favorite shows desperate housewives & brothers & sisters. This morning Olivia woke up @ 7:30. It made me nervous b/c I need to drop off Victoria @ school for 7:45 on Mon. I then went back home to give Olivia her breakfast. We then went & recycled cans. Olivia loves feeding the bottles & cans into the machine, then we picked up a few groceries & dry cleaning. After a healthy lunch Olivia went to preschool. I took Spencer in my hiking carrier & walked around the neighborhood for an hour & a half. He enjoyed running around on the side streets. I'm psyched now I just need to burn a few more calories today & I'm done. WooHoo!

I had a fun day yesterday. I went to a few yard sales in the morning, party in the afternoon, shopping & out to dinner that night. Olivia & Spencer were worn out since they both slept in past 9 so no church this am. Victoria & I were still up early this morning. I made a yummy pot roast w/vegetables for lunch, cleaned the house, did laundry & baked "fried" chicken for dinner. I went over on my calories today drinking during the football games. I need to do some serious cardio & strength training. Guess I need to just get it over w/& stop procrastinating. Good night!

Olivia is finally getting her pictures taken for preschool today,woohoo! I gave her a bath this morning. She's so excited to put on her pretty new dress that Jeanine gave her. It even has a beautiful matching handbag. I've just been doing laundry. It's so cold outside and we are suppose to get a northeaster tomorrow, yuck! I did great w/my cardio yesterday, but not so well w/my nutrition went way over on my cals, fat, & carbs. I never realized how many calories where in McDonald's sweet tea & I didn't need to finish my kids nuggets last night! Oh well, I'll do better today, hopefully :)

I had a nice morning at swim class w/the kids. Spencer is wiped out. It was his first swim class ever. He's been sleeping for a good hour. I was hoping to walk to McDonald's w/the kids but it depends how much longer he naps. I enjoyed a healthy lunch w/Olivia & did strength training & laundry all while he was sleeping. I'm debating on doing some cardio before he awakes or taking a nap myself, LOL. It's getting chilly here back down to the 50's great for running, but I prefer to walk. I hear Spencer waking up, too late for my nap.

It looks nice out. It's been a nice relaxing morning. I got to sleep in until 7 and take a shower. I'm thankful Olivia doesn't have a a fever this morning. Hopefully this is the end of the flu in this house :) Just going to put some laundry away, never ending after going for a walk w/the kids.
