I had a pretty easy morning. After having a yummy pancake breakfast and a minneola and the usual laundry, dishes and strenght training, it seemed to already be lunchtime. I fed the kids mac n cheese w/nuggets and asparagus while I had a chicken sandwich and another minneola(they're so sweet and juicy!) We put on our bathing suits and played outside all afternoon in the pool(cardio's done). We all had watermelon and pink lemonade as a midafternoon snack and tonight we had chicken breast w/mac n cheese leftovers and about dozen baby carrots. I was excited to see I was under on my calories so we ate some nuts, doritos and candy and that quickly took care of that. I'm no longer under on my calories protein or carbs, Woo Hoo! I still needed a slight more fat, but I don't know how nor feel like eating any more w/out going over on all the other 3 categories today.
