We had a great morning in the pool. This afternoon we did some errands & then Chuck E cheese for the kiddos since it was raining. We're so excited Oliver my husband is on his way home from his weeklong trip in CA. I did my strength training & some cardio. I could always do more :)

We're so enjoying our last week of summer vac. by the pool w/friends this week. We played outside all afternoon & shared nice meals w/the Lamperti's. I look forward to seeing Moira tomorrow & her boys Jordan & Stefan.

It was a great summer day today. Brought the kids to the library this am for storytime. Hung by the pool w/the kids w/ Fornash & Kozola w/their own too. I had a new sitter Lexie watch the kids tonight so I could get my hair colored & trimmed & finally get to the grocery store.(nice treat to me emoticon) I'm so happy I met all my nutritional goals. Now I'm still trying to get motivated to get on the treadmill. I'll go put those groceries away first, does that count for cardio? LOL.

Let's see, cleaning house counts as cardio, so putting away groceries - definitely! Especially if there are a lot. Cardio with a side of weights :-) Sounds like you had a great day - even without the treadmill.

I had a pretty easy morning. After having a yummy pancake breakfast and a minneola and the usual laundry, dishes and strenght training, it seemed to already be lunchtime. I fed the kids mac n cheese w/nuggets and asparagus while I had a chicken sandwich and another minneola(they're so sweet and juicy!) We put on our bathing suits and played outside all afternoon in the pool(cardio's done). We all had watermelon and pink lemonade as a midafternoon snack and tonight we had chicken breast w/mac n cheese leftovers and about dozen baby carrots. I was excited to see I was under on my calories so we ate some nuts, doritos and candy and that quickly took care of that. I'm no longer under on my calories protein or carbs, Woo Hoo! I still needed a slight more fat, but I don't know how nor feel like eating any more w/out going over on all the other 3 categories today.

We had a nice morning at church. My husband Oliver is mowing the lawn and we are going to enjoy some quality time in the pool while it's still nice out. If my baby Spencer takes a nap this afternoon I my try and get some weeding done in our front yard. It needs it!
