Wore the kids out shopping this afternoon. Just signed our girls up for ccd. I had a 5 mile run this am and did great nutritionally until dh brought home pizza tonight :( oh well I hope to do better tomnorrow!

    Pizza itself is fine if I could've controlled myself w/just a couple slices but no, I think I had about 5 slices and today after lunch I binged on 4 or more chocolate donuts after coaching my daughters cheerleading team at the football game. ok now to stop w/the binges.

Just lost my key fob while running tonight. Thankfully dh had a spare set & my friend drove me home so I can get it. Going to bed it is getting late. Sweet dreams emoticon

Enjoyed playing in the pool w/the kids today. Stayed on track nutritionally today. Unfortunately I find out my oldest has strep today & my middle child thinks she might have it as well. eeek!! Oh I hope no one else gets it. I have my first half marathon in a few days.

So proud I finally made it back down on the scale to 140 and hope to break that soon! Might have sabotaged that tonight being unable to sleep. I got up and had some chocolate frosting, watched tv, & am now on the computer. Stupid emotional eating! I want to thank my sparkbuddy for the past couple walks we've taken together. She'd fallen off the wagon as well and even though she feels like she slows me down, she motivates me to get out & exercize to motivate her. So it's a win win b/c if it were not for her I probably would stay home & just do house/computer work. I so enjoy chatting & walking w/her and look forward to my running buddy to get back from her vaca soon. Getting really nervous about my upcoming half marathon. Love getting my exercize outside w/friends b/c I love to multitask. Exercise & catch up w/my friends, makes me happy.

I'm nervous about the race too, but I think we'll be ok. Plus, anything for a good shirt, right? :) I'm glad this week's long run is a taper... "only" doing 6-7 miles! YAY!!!!
